Booking terms & conditions

Booking & payment

A booking becomes firm once full payment is received, by card (Stripe) or mobile money (Flooz / TMoney via PayGate). A confirmation email is sent to you. Until payment is completed, the dates remain available.

Check-in & check-out

Check-in is self-service from the agreed time; check-out before the stated time. Access codes and information are sent before your stay.

What is included

Gas, internet and TV channels are included in the price. Depending on the home, electricity may be at the guest’s expense (consumption stated at booking).

House rules

The number of guests may not exceed the stated capacity. Please respect the neighbourhood and leave the home in good condition.

Cancellation

The applicable cancellation terms are stated at the time of booking.
